1. Name two amazing things about Nellie Bly.  She was brave and smart.  She went around the world in 72 days and beat the records of all men at her time.  2. Why do you think they were amazing?  She was not afraid to try.  She even pretended to be a mentally ill patient so that she could go into a hospital for the mentally ill and see what the attitude was towards the real patients.  3. Think about one amazing thing you would like to do in your life.  Describe what it is, and why you want to do it.  I want to write a book for kids and to illustrate it.  I want to do this because I love art, drawing, and painting.  I also write short poems and stories.  And I am not afraid to try.
