1. Name two amazing things about Nellie Bly.
2. Why do you think they were amazing?
3. Think about one amazing thing you would
like to do in your life. Describe what it is, and why you want to
do it.
Nellie Bly was a woman who spoke out to the world to tell how to
make the impossible possible. When she was young, she read some of
her father's books, which caught some attention with her neighbors.
She was reading her father's books because she needed a higher challenge
for her reading level.
When Nellie Bly was older, she became very famous. She traveled
around the world in a record time.
When I grow up I hope to accomplish becoming a doctor.
