1. Name two amazing things about Nellie Bly.
Two amazing things about Nellie Bly are that she made it around the
world in less than the record time (80 days); she made it in 72 days.
Another amazing thing that she did was write a newspaper, which ladies
didn't do way back then.
2. Why do you think they were amazing?
I think they were amazing because who would use their money just
to go around the world? I mean, come on here. I think the other
thing was amazing because not many women back then would write a newspaper
because women didn't do that. But it was good for her because she
became a reporter for the World.
3. Think about one amazing thing you would
like to do in your life. Describe what it is, and why you want to
do it.
One amazing thing I'd like to do is go on the new Titanic ship in
the year 2001. The Titanic is a cruise ship that sunk in the Atlantic
Ocean on its way to America. I would like to go on that ship because
it's famous and it would be nice to go on a cruise for once in my life.
